Eu sou a Ariane Sch'windt Seixas.
Sou Master Certified Health Coach pela DSWI, farmacêutica-bioquímica, formada pela Universidade de São Paulo e tenho mais de 15 anos de experiênciaem saúde humana e assistência ao paciente.
Eu passei por muitas dificuldades durante minha pré-menopausa, o que me levou a estudar essa período de transição profundamente e a me especializar nessa área.
Atualmente eu trabalho com clientes que buscam mais conforto, melhor qualidade de vida e mais informação. Algumas optaram por fazer a reposição hormonal, outras decidiram por um approach holístico e terapias alternativas. Na minha opinião, cada uma de nós é única, e somos especialistas em nós mesmas. A menopausa não e um fim, mas um re-começo.
